Franz Kraler Days

Only two years after its launch, the e-commerce of luxury retailer Franz Kraler is growing and doubling its turnover: sales boomed in the past year. Next target? Positioning for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics.

The luxury online shop confirms itself as an ever-growing habit, and the boutiques in Dobbiaco and Cortina (and the recently opened Bolzano) are no exception, recording a sales boom over the last 365 days. A project begun in 1984 by the Kraler family, which has completely revolutionised the shopping habits of the South Tyroleans and has fascinated international customers, who are pleasantly involved in a shopping experience favoured by an intuitive website and excellent customer service. The world of luxury is becoming increasingly digital, and Franz Kraler, a fashion visionary who has also positioned himself in the high-end hospitality sector since 2022 with the Rifugio Ria De Saco, managed to emphasise his success. In 2023, the focus is on the consolidation of e-commerce, both in Italy and abroad, through a strengthening of online advertising activities with a full funnel perspective.

The main goal is to make the web user a possible customer by studying his interests through the searches he makes. Among the projects developed is the launch of marketing automation through the SalesForce Marketing Cloud suite, which will enable Franz Kraler to communicate more and more effectively with his customers by means of automatic and customised e-mails; and also, the management of new social channels (in particular Tik Tok), also through the collaboration of well-known influencers in the luxury and fashion sectors.

Franz Kraler's e-commerce: the news for its second anniversary.

The consumer, guided by clean graphics and colours reminiscent of the elements of the earth, in keeping with the shop's green soul, can get inspired by a long list of 200 brands such as Valentino, Saint Laurent, Chloé, Prada,Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Fendi, Burberry, Gucci, Balenciaga, Moncler, Versace, Tod's, Miu Miu, Max Mara, dedicated to men's and women's fashion, to which capsule collections of incredible success are added. Luxury brands that have long espoused the green philosophy, in line with the ideals of Franz Kraler, who in Alto Adige is a point of reference for those who love to dress in a refined and environmentally friendly manner.

From 7 to 11 September 2023, to coincide with founder Franz Kraler's birthday, the online boutique will feature a curated selection of clothes and accessories from the fall/winter 2023/24 collection at a 20% discount.

For the occasion, there will also be a photo shoot starring owner and actor Alexander Kraler, accompanied by the famous top model Inga Savits, the star of important international fashion shoots.
