Gourmet festival in Dobbiaco
From October 26th to 28th, in the heart of the Dolomites (a UNESCO heritage site), the gastronomic event Gourmet Festival was held for the fifth consecutive year. The festival was conceived by chef Chris Oberhammer of the Tilia restaurant in Dobbiaco, in collaboration with the Culinaria Tirolensis association, with the aim of combining gourmet experiences of excellence with the beauty of the region. The patron of the Tilia Restaurant invited chefs from the Les Collectionneur community, Mickaël Pihours (from Le Gambetta Restaurant in Saumur) and Jessica Préalpato (pastry chef at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris) for a gastronomic weekend celebrating culinary traditions of Italy, Austria, and France.
On Saturday, October 27th, an Exclusive Dinner was held at the luxury store Franz Kraler in Dobbiaco. High cuisine, fashion, art, and design came together for an evening in an exceptional location for a unique sensory experience. Chefs Oberhammer, Pihours, and Préalpato delighted guests with their exclusive menu, accompanied by a significant selection of French wines.
