Karakorum short down jacket by Moncler Re/Icons, a 2026 reissue of the historic model created in 1954 for the Italian expedition to K2. Made from water-repellent nylon micro ripstop, it replaces the original raw cotton with a lightweight, glossy surface, maintaining the characteristic voluminous silhouette. The model features a removable hood, a chest patch pocket, and practical internal straps that allow the jacket to be carried on the shoulders like a backpack. The special edition metal logo, inspired by vintage souvenir badges, and archival internal labels celebrate Moncler's mountaineering heritage.
